“Staff was extremely rude. Im a law abiding disabled veteran that was treated as if i worked the streets! When i asked for a later check out i was informed to stay for another two hours i would have to pay for an additional night! Horrified!”

“The room had a strong, unpleasant smell as soon as we entered. It made the space uncomfortable to stay in, and the odor did not go away even after some time. I contacted the front desk to see if we could move to a different room, but unfortunately they told us no other rooms were available. I also asked about the possibility of a refund because the condition of the room made the stay unpleasant, but that request was denied as well. Overall, it was a frustrating experience because we were stuck……
