Located on a low traffic street in a tree-filled residential neighborhood, this house provides its guests close proximity to the beach and Folly Beach's restaurant row on Center Street without all the congestion and noise that you'll find on the busier streets of the island. Coastal Escape is a great getaway for a group of family or friends, as there are multiple separate seating areas throughout the home for you and your guests to hang out together and also have the option to relax on your own. Guests enter Coastal Escape by walking up the exterior stairs in the front yard to the front door of this elevated home. Once you enter the front door, you will find a large living room with comfortable seating, hardwood floors and cable TV; a kitchen with shiny, brand new appliances; a dining area that comfortably seats 8 people; the master suite with king size bed and en suite bathroom (with soaking tub, walk-in shower, two sinks and a separate water closet); two of the home's guest bedrooms; one full bathroom and the laundry room. Dine al fresco on the large dining tables on the back porch! The remaining two bedrooms, an additional full bathroom and a seating area are located on the home's second floor. Off-street parking on the driveway for up to 6 cars is included in the rental rate.

PETS CONSIDERED, PET FEES MAY APPLY, PLEASE INQUIRE. Cats are NOT permitted.
