"Wonderful stay! Loved the ocean view"

"The room was clean as well as the bathroom. The bed’s were not as comfortable as I have slept on before but they were still good. The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t use any of the amenities so that is why I rated a 3 because I am neutral about them. We would have used the pool had it been warmer but unfortunately it wasn’t. The breakfast was good. I love the waffle makers!"

"Our stay in the suit wasn’t pleasant. Starting with the cleaning, outside, it looks like a clean, nice, and modern resort, but in the inside it appeared like an old building, especially in our room. Our room wasn’t as clean as we would’ve liked, as it contained dust, the bedroom was humid, in the shower, we saw black cracks, and we had to take a shower with sandals. Our first night was awful, as we kept hearing people from almost everywhere screaming and yelling. We also heard that this was a smoke-free resort, but we would smell and see that our neighbors would smoke weed and mariguana. The vending machines didn’t work at all when we wanted a snack."

"Everything was very nice only thing I had to complain about was it took forever to get hot water and it didn’t get very hot"

"It was a busy weekend and they were a little behind with getting rooms ready but the staff was great about keeping me up to date and I appreciate all that they did to get us in. Everyone so very friendly and accommodating."
