“The staff in the office are consistently amazing. Having just moved to SC and looking for my place to move in, they have made my short stints with them really seamless and comfortable. ALL OF STAFF!!!”

“I loved this hotel! Was not disappointed with anything. Its located right next to the beach you walk out and you're there. Rooms are clean lots of small touches that cater to guests. Full self service snack area, staff professional but very courteous and helpful. Walking distance to restaurants and entertainment never need to drive anywhere unless you choose. This will be my go to hotel when I visit Surfside ⛱️ beach.”

“The staff was excellent, Latoya the manger helped us with printing off some stuff for us. The kitchen lady was very friendly and nice. The ice machine on 2nd floor didn't work and the washing machine was out of order also. The cleaning ladies were nice. The pool was open, but we didn't have time to use it. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom left a lot to be desired, the ceiling exhaust fan had evidence of water coming out around it and the ceiling was discolored……

“Called the property prior to booking about trailer parking. I was told I could park my trailer in the lot but upon arrival I was instantly told that I couldn't have a trailer there. I spoke to the lady at the desk and she basically told me that I was never told that. Anyways other than that its a nice place just poor communication during the booking.”

“We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)”

“The worst place I’ve ever stayed ! So disappointed from the minute I checked in My itinerary said check in was 3:00 pm and when I arrived I was told 4:00 pm then next on to amenities the pool was empty and told it’s been closed for a long time. Now I get to the room which looked and smelled like 1970 ! After long business meeting I returned to unclean room without explanation this happened 3 times then my request for a inconvenience credit fell on deaf ears as no one would help me but they……

“Great spacious a new looking room. Great ocean view, two bathrooms and fast elevators. Great pool area and restaurant and bar in house. Staff was great. Which the pool stay open until 11:00pm instead of 10:00pm”

“Staff very courteous, breakfast left a little to be desired, I think someone should have noticed the dead bird in the pool, the handle on the shower door is about to fall off, facility is close to alot of tourist attractions good value for the money”
