“The location of this property was perfect as there were so many shops within walking distance along with a movie theater. The hotel itself was so bright, clean and well maintained. The room was stocked well with all of our needs and then some. It was in a busy area but the room was quiet and we were not bothered by the usual banging of doors or hearing someone else's tv, etc. I was very impressed by that. The snack shop was well stocked. The gym very clean and nice. The swimming area and pool……

“Really wanted to like this property because the front desk staff at check-in were very friendly but everything went downhill from there. The bathroom had dried blood spatter near the toilet, the shower would be amazing but is poorly planned and your arms literally hit the metal soap dish everytime you move, the parking is often full because many people park in two spots and the elevators were constantly broken with no signage. The housekeeping staff were very thoughtful, apologized, cleaned the……
