“Elevator had an electrical issue at some point on Saturday. Management decided that it would be better to wait until Monday to get it fixed. Electricians do make weekend service calls?? Breakfast food insufficient for the number of guests on both Saturday and Sunday mornings. The breakfast coffee and orange juice was empty and staff members were in no hurry to address it once notified.”

“The hotel itself was moderately nice and has been remodeled in the last couple years, but it definitely needs normal maintenance (like minor repairs). There were lots of signs to keep your doors double locked for safety (which, I suppose, I appreciate if it is that dangerous). There were tons of people living in the hotel and hanging out in the parking lot most of the night. Ultimately, I appreciated that the room was clean and inexpensive. I definitely would not choose to stay there again,……

“The Golden Inn in its day was the perfect place to stay. And for me, today it is still the perfect place to stay. The Golden Inn is one of those mature roadside motels I remember staying in as a kid while on family trips. I was in the area for a couple of days for a little gathering and needed a place to sleep and shower. As mentioned, the Golden Inn is an older motel with modern updates”

“It was the shabbiest place I have ever seen, staff was trying to give me room in the second floor, I told that I have a handicap sister who could not climb the stairs since there was no elevator. He lied to me that all room in the ground floor was booked. When I threaten to book room in another place he told me that he has one room with TV not working. I said I don’t care about TV, then he allowed that room to me later I found out that the TV was working fine. The smoke detectors was hanging……
