NO SUNDAY CHECK INS , ANY DAY BUT SUNDAY this is called LAKESIDE COTTAGE , we have 2 houses on this property of around 4 acres across the road from the NICKAJACK lake. nestled against the side of the mountain with views of the lake and mountains and interstate 24 is in sight. this is a one bedroom fully furnished so you can live year round or just 2 nights. this is a property of GRANT SUMMIT CABINS. we are around 19 miles from downtown chattanooga. beautiful large trees around and a relaxing atmosphere. plan to build tree houses to rent out in the future. dont forget we have a hot tub to get in after a full day of shopping or hiking. we are close to marion county park to put your boat in the river. and you can fish right across the road
no sunday check ins , - no smoking inside of any kind- wash dishes---no animals at all--no late check outs----additional check out rules in cabin or cottage

Easy to find, Biggest part was very clean, seen a few dead bugs here and there.. its that time of year tho. Blinds really need to be updated to real blinds Remote batteries need to be changed one was going dead Did get a little warm in bedroom with door closed

This listing was very accurate to It’s description. A nice , quiet getaway in Tennessee. The only thing I will say that can improve is cleanliness since it is an older home. But other than that, it was a good vacation spot!

Charming cabin!
Very clean and well kept house near the lake! Linens and couches were tidy and bathroom space was well kept. Kitchen was spotless when we arrived. The creek running behind the house adds to the serenity of the location. Hot tubs are always a thumbs up too. Great place and good accomodations!

Oldie but Goodie
We stayed for four nights and found this place to be a great, basic accommodation that fit our needs. The location has a little bit of mountain privacy while being just a short drive to town and hiking/climbing areas. The listing is accurate and the hot tub was perfect for two. Don’t expect luxury as the cabin needs a total refresh, but it does have the space and everything one needs for a long stay.

OMG, yes!

Quiet getaway
Our stay was overall very enjoyable. I was concerned about the lack of central heat/ air and it turned out to be not an issue at all. I would’ve enjoyed another fan in the bedroom in addition to the ceiling fan. It was slightly warmer than the rest of the house, but wouldn’t deter me from staying again. The hot tub was AMAZING!! Would definitely stay here again.

Not quite Chattanooga...
Not quite as “quiet cabin feel” as I expected. Parking was strange as anyone staying I. The other house blocks you in. And I blame myself for not understanding the geography better, but it’s Defintely not as close to Chattanooga as I would have expected from searching Chattanooga cabins. It was clean and cute just not as private as I thought it would be with traffic noise and close proximity to other cabins

We had a great time! Was surprised at how close the treehouse cabins are as far as privacy was concerned (back porch, hot tub), considering they were not listed in pictures. Other than that absolutely no complaints. Cottage was cozy, hot tub was fabulous, location was perfect for attractions we wanted to visit.

Wonderful little spot in the Tennessee hills. Just a quick weekend get away for my wife and I. No concerns on privacy with the “Treehouse” mentioned in previous reviews.

ZERO PRIVACY!! The new treehouses, are literally on top of you, sadly.
Cute little cottage, new structures took away all privacy. The side house is really close. The front porch view is Absolutely stunning, best part actually. Highway is no issue!! Bathroom and porches need updating and heat for the bedroom and bathroom would be nice because if you shut them doors you are gonna be very uncomfortable. It would be really nice if the fireplace in the living room was a working unit to set beside looking out the big beautiful window overlooking the lake. Very quiet, nice clean place besides aforementioned above. Sorta feels forgot about compared to the new construction above the cottage. Last minute booking, so very thankful.
