"Perfect"

"A great location at Fisherman's Wharf near many key attractions and restaurants that are easily walkable. We did find our ground level room a bit noisy with street sounds overnight and garbage collection very early in the morning though. There is no kettle in the room but we had easy access to hot water and cold drinking water at no cost (refill your own bottle) on our level with additional vending machines too. There is a Big Bus tours stop pretty much right outside too, that was very handy for our tour options we'd booked separately too. Overall, a very comfortable stay and a fantastic location. "We slept in our clothes. The hotel is in very bad shape. The shape. The bathroom pocket door did not close. Only hot water came out of the faust. The curtains were ripped. The door to the outdoors was dirty. The front desk would not call us a taxis to "

"Very helpful & genuinely nice thoughtful desk staff, room was clean and comfy & the location to good restaurants and things to do was perfect!"

"Loved the uniqueness. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Some small things could use maintenance and unfortunately the area of town was not great. But overall good stay!"

"Everything me and my husband did was walkable or by bus it was a nice property in an area that is close to Bars and food places 10/10. I love the no room key thing too I loose them a lot "

"Only stayed one night but they upgraded us to a suite which was luxurious. Location was perfect for all the sightseeing venues. I would stay there again without question. They even gave me a bag scale to weigh my bags before I headed off to the SFO international airport which is about 20-30mins away- just under $40 US for an uber."

"Check-in clerk never told me there were two separate buildings, and that the pool was in the building I wasn't in. Only told me pool was on the second floor, so I wandered around looking for it in my building. One elevator was out the entire time I was there, so it created a pile up at the other elevator, and even though staff knew that, it took them 12 hours to put a sign up."
