"The room was small and not that comfortable. Location was very average compared to the rest of the area. But the worst part was that the lobby actually caught on fire - fire department called, alarms going off, smoke in the hallways - and not one employee tried to help people with their bags or give anyone direction on where to go or what was going on. I ordered a beer that I was going to drink outside because the lobby was smoky and the bartender didn't even offer to comp the beer while the hotel was on fire. Won't be back."

"Best place we have ever stayed in SF with our young kids! We will definitely be back. Parking was very secure and easy with an elevator directly to your room floor. The view was incredible! Everything was very clean including the baby crib. There is a mini store with fruit, drinks, and snacks in the lobby for the kids. The restaurant food was delicious and the kids meal was FREE with an adult entree!! It even came with a drink and an ice cream bar for them! 12/10 experience all around, it really made the trip wonderful. TY :)"

"Checking in was easy, however the property does not look like the pics. The room was dirty with ants in the bed had to be moved to a different room. The shower was not usable, there were stains in the shower and the water pressure was low. The room had a funky smell to it. After being switched to a different room it was a slight bit better. No bugs, still had a smell to it. The lights and tv didn’t work. I’m glad I only had to stay one night. Probably won’t book again."
