“We were not advised that the property was currently undergoing renovations. Getting to your room or other areas of the hotel was extremely inconvenient. We had to catch the elevator to the third floor and then walk down the back stairs in order to reach our room located on the first floor. There was no parking in the area where our room was located because there was building materials and debris everywhere. ”

“The front desk worker was sleeping and we waited 30 mins to get any service. The bathroom had a stopper In front of the tub and it hurt when you stepped down. The house guess was rude. “Our two night stay was better than average. Room had a very slight smell of smoke, but was tolerable. It was ready early and very clean. Beds were comfy. Surprised that Breakfast was only continental, what they had was limited, yet we all found something to eat. Front staff was very attentive.
