“The place is nice and well-located. The staff was okay, but what really needs improvement is the noise level. The rooms near the bar should have a soundproofing system, as there is live music played at an excessively high volume, making it impossible to sleep. You can also hear traffic noise and even people talking on the street (at night, of course). I wish I had known this before booking.”

“Parking lot was messy with over grown foliage. Random trash in lots and side walks. We had issues with our key cards even getting into the room and had to walk back and forth 4 times to get the room open so that was a bad first experience. When we were there, the cleaners had 4 mattresses pulled out on the sidewalks that look incredibly dirty and was hosing off other things from the rooms to later find out they had a cockroach infestation in some rooms. So when we entered our room, I had low……

My experience has been great! Very spacious and clean rooms, modern, luxurious and beautifully decorated rooms and amenities. Excellent customer service from Management to housekeeping. Daniel at the Front Desk was very kind and helpful, Maria (Conchita) was the best housekeeper I ever encountered in a Hotel. She helped……
