I arrived during a huge storm and the wifi was out making it really hard to check people in. Ben was amazing and went the extra mile to make sure I, and my daughter who is in a wheelchair, got a room on the first floor that was handicap accessible. Since we couldn’t print out room keys yet, he walked us to our room and let us get settled while they waited for the Wi-Fi to come back on. He then personally brought us our room keys along with two free snacks and beverages for the inconvenience. To...
