“Booked this location and initially had no problems. Then no return communication from the owner regarding accessing the property until after contacting the VRBO Help line and then 2 hrs after the 3pm check-in, the owner sends a text. By then VRBO had already found a temporary hotel room for us. The location was in a very unsafe neighborhood and the building was unkept. I would not recommend anyone book this location”
