“Staffs are friendly and very helpful!”

“Friendly staff, clean room. Quiet. We stayed one night due to the big snow storm. Everything was fine. The only thing was that early in the morning we need to go to the hospital for surgery but there was huge amount of snow in front of our car. The people who were shoveling snow wouldn’t help us. What we asked them to do was still part of the parking lot. Anyway, luckily we brought our own shovels…”
