“I felt very welcome! I had a pretty rough journey into Springfield, but they started my trip off on the right note. I felt like I got real hospitality, and they were very helpful in terms of helping me orient to the town and figure out where things are. The room was even more spacious than I thought, I thought I got a room for one but it could have effectively housed a small family. Breakfast was great! I would highly recommend staying here to anyone traveling through Springfield.”

“Nice hotel located in downtown. The town is not so busy but served as a good stop off. No available parking was challenging but there are nearby car parks. Nice breakfast.”

“My family and I spent the weekend here, specifically for the pool and it was terrible. Hairballs all over the floor, loose hair floating in the pool. A bunch of trash at the bottom of the pool. The hallways smelt like weed even though it’s a smoke free facility. Kids were running wild through the halls at all hours of the night with no response from the staff. Breakfast was not edible at all. Would not recommend coming here, sleeping in your car would be better.”

“Rooms are only serviced every other day but you pay full price although I was refunded by the manager it took several calls to even address the issue I was told, bluntly, the policy is on your key card. It’s actually on the jacket which I’m sure is rarely read!! Service must be requested. My suggestion, a simple statement upon check in by the front desk while reviewing you stay would eliminate any potential problems. BE PROACTIVE NOT REACTIVE”
