“The apartment was very clean, amenities just as advertised, and there was plenty of space for all of us (6 people in 4 bedrooms). The host was very responsive to our questions, Claire is the best! The apartment is on the D36 line which took us to the Convention Center and linked us to downtown. We alternated between daily passes and recharging our cards for single tickets, we never used Uber, adding up to a significant saving. All in all, a great stay, we will come back again when in DC! “Good location within minutes of lakes, walking paths, mall and grocery stores. 3-story house with 2 bedrooms upstairs plus bath, and a bedroom on the lower level plus bath. Good for privacy when multiple adults visiting. Kitchen was fully stocked with pans, dishes and bowls making it easy to cook meals. Note that visitors need to be able to readily climb stairs so house is not great for elderly visitors. Recommend this house!”

“Darlese was great at communicating for arrival and departure directions and super easy. We were able to use the available parking spot behind the row house, which was very convenient. I have a Honda Pilot and would recommend that any vehicle larger than that would have a harder time parking in that spot and instead would need to attain a street permit from Darlese. Pictures were exactly what we got when we arrived. Our stay was 5 nights and there was an abundance of toilet paper, paper towels,……

“The location was great and close to the Fillmore. There are lots of great restaurants in the area. The room itself has a strange layout with a narrow common space. The couch only seats 2 and there is no other furniture in the living room. There was not enough pillows/towels for us. There were no spare linens and no kitchen towels or paper towels.
