“They dont close windows so there are bugs in ur room”

“As you walk inside, and look up in the lobby, they have water leaks and mold issues. The elevators were damaged. Worst of all BOTH rooms they showed us had visible mold in the showers. The person at the desk even came up to the 1 room, and noted the mold and lights not working in the bathroom. Staff stated to expedia, no manager, but there was one who assisted us when we were there. Expedia then told us since there's no manager we had to wait. We did NOT stay as I had to use an epi pen after……

“Room was old and dated, cracks in the drywall. Dusty. Didn't smell fresh. Definitely hotel needs up dating. Very disappointed for the price.”

“This is my preferred hotel in Topeka. The rooms and hotel property are consistently clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and the nearby restaurant options are pretty good.”

“It was a clean room. The sheet look very thin in areas. The mattress was okay.”

“My wife and I had an amazing stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Topeka, from the moment we arrived. We were impressed with the staff and how they made thing so welcoming, they were professional and extremely helpful. I loved that this hotel was close to restaurants, shopping and local attractions.”

“They gave my room key to an old man who walked in as I was changing Then when we got the room situation settled my room key did not work And later when I got back from my college reunion my key would t work again at midnight Two lights were put in the room The tub had peeling paint in the tub It was gross ”

“We stayed here one night first room was completely disgusting there was trash and pee in the bathroom and dirty used bedding and towels they told us there was no housekeeper to clean rooms we were on the 1st floor we were offered another room on the 2nd floor it was similar but a bit cleaner. When checking out we asked for our deposit back and the lady acted like we never gave them one. Definitely NOT STAYING HERE AGAIN !! ”
