The apartment is a basement studio with a cozy, cute feel, and the view of the marsh is definitely a highlight—especially from the patio area, which was a great spot to relax. “This is the ideal spot if you’re staying in Duxbury. We came down for a wedding, and Rick‘s place was in the center of everything. Easy access to the water, to an incredible bakery three doors down and to Island Creek Oysters, where the reception was.The condo is spacious, extremely clean and had all the amenities we needed. “The apartment worked well. The strange staircase going down from the bedroom is creepy and dangerous. It should be disclosed because many people would have a big problem with it. Also, disclose that there are 2.5 flights of stairs to get in.”
