"Anna was a great host and we had everything we needed! The pool area was full of toys and floaties for the kids. All the beach accessories (chairs, wagons, coolers, umbrellas, etc) were so convenient! The beach is just a walk away which was so nice. We will for sure be back!"

"Everything in the house was perfect. One and only one thing I would. Caution is to try to figure out who’s renting the other side of the house if possible. I originally booked the whole home. I canceled half of the home. Tenant knew it was going to be a guys weekend. There was a family of nine that were staying next-door. The children’s ages arranged from six months to early teens. Sharing the back patio and the pool for the most part made it a little awkward for both sides.Other than that, the place was perfect. It would be a perfect spot for about eight couples if you rented the whole house."

"Property was new and clean but renovated low end facility. Check in was too difficult. Upon arriving filling out forms taking pictures and waiting for response was not worth doing it again. No advance prep was givin and never did get a working entry code had to use lock box. Would not use the process again . Even after dirt trying to book my booking was used as an an elaborate joining Virgo tool."

"Our stay was great. We were able to make amazing memories with my 6 year old grandson. We love Indian Rocks. Even with the storm headed toward Pensacola, the memories made were worth the rain. It was clean and has everything you need."
