“At check in staff was rushed and acted like it was a burden to do his job! Then once in the room the Wi-Fi didn't work but if you walked 5 rooms down it would.. staff acted like it was too much trouble to move our room and the hotel wasn't even full! “The rooms were absolutely disgusting, I felt like bugs were crawling on me anytime I was in the room. The doors and and ceiling are coming apart from the walls. “Disappointed in my stay here. Was woken up multiple times throughout the night due to some kind of water pipe issue in the corner of our room. Staff was of no help and had no sympathy.
Air Conditioning unit in the room was awful. Set to 68 yet woke up sweating. Staff also advertised the continental breakfast to us on our arrival and when we went to enjoy it in the morning, we were told we “weren’t on the list”. $200/night for no breakfast and a crappy night’s sleep.
Definitely will not be……
