“酒店很新，服务很好，早餐丰富。可惜的是房间电源故障，严重影响睡眠。我们的航班晚点，半夜办理入住，本来期望好好睡一觉，结果走廊和卫生间的两个灯无论如何都关不上，拔了房卡关闭全部电源也没用，糟糕的是卫生间的墙是半透明的，房间很亮，拿了面巾纸当眼罩，勉强睡了三个小时，感觉不好，扣分。”

“The staff were able to receive me late at night. The staff also prepared breakfast early in the morning as I had requested. Their rooms were clean, and the beds had mosquito nets. It is essential to coordinate with the suites in advance if you are flying in to ensure easy transportation to the suites. ”

“A convenient location close to airport. Has a restaurant and movie theatre. Very clean and wonderful staff! Story time: my son and I were visiting from the US to see our family for the holidays and he accidentally broke his leg. I was of course heart broken as this was a very important family trip. I am not exaggerating when I say the entire staff there took such good care for us and did practically anything to keep a smile on our face. They steadily became family to us. The guest relations……

“I traveled to Nairobi, where I was picked up by a staff from hotel. Stayed at the Troy hotel for two weeks. I had plenty of dishes to choose from. The staff checked on me to make sure I was comfortable. I was greeted going out and coming in. I was asked what would I like for breakfast the next morning. This experience was delightful being a single traveler. I recommend Troy hotel. It gave a family friendly atmosphere.”
