“What a wonderful stay! The house is beautifully and recently renovated, with a stunning view from the terrace that we enjoyed every evening. Air conditioning made the stay very comfortable even during the warm Tuscan days, and the plunge pool was perfect for cooling off in the afternoon heat. We loved having two separate bedrooms and two separate bathrooms, which gave everyone plenty of privacy and space. “We had a very relaxing stay at Simonetta ‘s country cottage. We had some trouble finding it due to roadworks re-routing us. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. The view over Orvietto was outstanding and we made full use of the beautiful garden area. We would love to stay again if we returned.”

Kein Luxus, aber wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt.Das Grundstück ist im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes "sagenhaft". Gelegen abseits auf dem Land auf einem kleinen Hügel. Schöner Blick aufs Meer vom höchsten Punkt des Grundstücks; sagenhafte Sonnenuntergänge.Die Grundstückseigentümerin lebt auch dort und ist sehr herzlich und offen. “Beetje tweeledig. Plek aan het meer is uniek met eigen tuin met aanlegsteiger. Dat is heerlijk, ook voor de honden.Het ligt echter aan een weg waar soms erg hard wordt gereden. In de vroege ochtend lijkt het of ze het huisje binnen rijden. Het huisje is klein , donker en wat smoezelig. Het slapen op de slaapbank is ook niet ideaal. De minpuntjes wegen alleen niet op tegen de ligging aan het meer. Wij komen nog erns terug.”

“Evin yeri çok iyi San Marco ve Rialto’ya yürüyerek 5 dk mesafede. Etrafında çok güzel restaurantlar var. İç dekorasyonu ve konforu gayet iyi olup sadece ilk eve girişte hafif bir rutubet kokusu var. Isıtması çok iyiydi. ”

“When we came to the 'reception' to gain access to the property, we were advised that the unit was not available because it had already been taken (?!) and we were being given a 'suite' in the same building as the reception. The problem was that this was nowhere near the sea. Rather than 20 steps, it was an hour's walk away on mean suburban roads largely without sidewalks.
