"Overall perfect hotel. Great location, very friendly staff. Room nice and quiet. Clean room with comfy bed. Would of liked a kettle to make coffee/tea but other than that no complaints."

"At first they gave us one that smelled strong like cat urine. I think I heard an animal in there. Then they changed it. They didnt offer to help with luggage. It was VERY difficult walking back and forth. Finally we got setteled and it was like home away from home. There are no shuttles and no hot tubs that are open. The main issue is it is TOO far from all the tourists spots. Take almost 2 hours by bus and the Metro and its ALOT if walking. I would rent a car if you stay here and want to see Famous landmarks."

"Everything was excellent in so many ways, but I did not get good sleep any of our three nights because of the very hard pillows that felt like concrete by morning. Many other hotels give you a choice of two pillows - one harder and one softer. Other than that, I would say perfect location near all the attractions, shops, grocery market, adorable Venetian-style room, absolutely wonderful breakfast buffet and top notch service from the front desk, to food service staff, to bellman...all so warm and gracious. Highly recommend."

"The room was lovely and the shower was amazing but the food options if you aren't up to eat late are kinda terrible and the prices are definitely gougey for what you would get. Probably because it's an airport hotel and so it's your only option. I couldn't get vegetarian food served at the time I was awake so I ended up going without. Sound proofing is either lacking or else I just had very loud neighbours."

"Unfortunately my meeting was suddenly canceled the day before I was going to visit the hotel. I just wanted to ask if there is any option that I can take rather a refund or change. I fully understand that hotels.com option was non refundable. So I just wanted to have a confirmation response from the hotel side. I asked through the app but didn't get any answer from the hotel. No response."

"Great location. Not in the heart of Trastevere but close enough to enjoy everything. Very good restaurants on the street and delicious ice cream shops! Room was very clean. Large shower. Helpful staff."

"The staff really made the difference. It was our son’s birthday during our stay. We didn’t tell them but I guess they saw it on his passport when we checked in. While we were having breakfast, they brought a special treat to our son to celebrate this special day. It was a really nice gesture and we really appreciated it :)"

"Lovely spot at a great price. Bella in the morning might wake some but minimal noise otherwise despite being central. Room was quite hot and AC didn’t work well or wasn’t turned on yet (March) but opening the window made it manageable. Breakfast isn’t worth the cost but is fine. Excellent staff and 24/7 front desk, which was amazing and rare in Italy. "
