“When we came to the 'reception' to gain access to the property, we were advised that the unit was not available because it had already been taken (?!) and we were being given a 'suite' in the same building as the reception. The problem was that this was nowhere near the sea. Rather than 20 steps, it was an hour's walk away on mean suburban roads largely without sidewalks. The switch in location also caused headaches for a taxi pick-up to the airport that had already been arranged for the……

“We had a lovely stay in this beautiful trullo in mid May, which has been carefully and cleverly restored. It does have indoor and outside sitting space whichx, outside the hotter months, means you can be cosy on cooler evenings. It is located in a very private quiet rural area, but still only 10 minutes or so to drive into Cisternino, a very unspoilt but authentic town in the lovely Itera Valley which has a very good selection of restaurants. The location is perfect both to enjoy lovely walks……

( es gibt allerdings keinen Meerblick; uns war das klar )Die Lage unmittelbar vor der Abzweigung in die Biodola Bucht an der Hauptstraße von Porto Ferraio nach Prochio / Marcina Marina ist superzentral zu allen schönen Buchten und dennoch supereinsam. Also eine geniale Kombination. Das Haus ist absolut gut ausgestattet. Das Kinderzimmer……

Die Lage ist perfekt für Naturliebhaber: Berge, Flüsse und eine tolle Gegend direkt vor der Tür. Zum Mehr etwas über eine Stunde Fahrt über wundervolle Bergwege. Am Haus liegt ein wunderschöner Garten mit kurzen, aber herrlichen Spazierwegen rund ums Haus. Ideal für größere Gruppen und Familien.Im Haus ist Platz für 8 Personen. Oben gibt es 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder, unten ein……

“Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Sehr ruhige Lage, Tolle Terrasse mit Ausblick in die weite Landschaft. Stilvoll renoviertes altes Haus. Einziges Manko: es gibt keine richtigen Weingläser. Ansonsten ist die Küche gut ausgestattet. Vornehmer Grill, den wir nicht benutzt haben.”

“Great place to stay. I have no idea if there is a bad place to stay in Riomaggiore. Very quaint little apartment in an ideal location at the end of the path. It’s a bit of a walk to the main part of Riomaggiore but the quiet location near the small stream and pond makes up for the distance of the walk as does the amazing ocean view from the path. The hostess was easy to work with during our three nights. I would definitely stay here again if I were fortunate enough to visit the Cinque Terre……
