“Staff are very friendly. Room is clean, spacious (we had two queen bed room,) and the wooden wall and ceiling feel great. Good restaurant choices within several miles. This is always our first choice when skiing at Seven Springs. In heavy snow days, the road between the lodge and Seven Springs resort gets maintained very quickly and frequently so it was not a problem as long as one drives cautiously. ”

“After booking, Donna called me to confirm my stay and ask my arrival time. I appreciated it. It was a cold day with a temperature dropping to below 30 degrees. Taking bath in the big bathtub kept me warm all night even without heater. The heater was noisy when operating. Thus, it was good I took a warm bath and shut off the heater.”

“Easy parking, good breakfast, nice pool and hot tub, the bed was super comfy, Debbie at the front desk was very nice and explained everything I needed to know and also enrolled me in a rewards program, Tiffany kept everything running smooth on the breakfast buffet, and Donna helped answer some questions in the morning.”
