Polyvios e suo padre Emanuele sono estremamente cortesi e parlano italiano. Danno ottimi consigli su come e dove muoversi e sono sempre pronti ad eventuali richieste. Piscina ottima e sempre pulita. “Our family of 6 stayed in this very lovely, clean villa in Kalathas, Crete, which is a wonderful location. The beach near the Villa is beautiful with plenty of chairs and umbrellas (you have to pay for them)! We did drive to the beach which is about 1 mile away. The Villa is only a 15-20 minute drive to Chania. The pool was beautiful and clean. There are 12 apartments, and it was quiet and serene. We really enjoyed our stay which slept 6 people comfortably. “We had a wonderful time at the JW. The staff were fantastic and friendly. Everyone there was warm and helpful. We especially enjoyed talking to Angela at breakfast each morning. The property was modern and comfortable with multiple decorative pools. Our room looked straight into the ocean and the tall mountains behind. I was able to dive the elephant and seal caves which were fantastic. There’s a nearby dive shop. I highly recommend Blue Adventures Diving. The beach is small and quaint with nice……

“The room was super clean and the staff were always helpful and joyous. The location is great with a beach on the other side of the road and a short car trip to Old Town. Food was surprisingly good, we chose to eat there a couple of nights.”

“Property was right on the beach., which was awesome! Very large but very well laid out . Never felt crowded. Many pools to choose from & beach loungers all had umbrellas & were very comfortable . Pool towel service needs improvement. Have to pick up towels at the spa . 3x during our stay there were no towels available. For the caliber of hotel clean beach towels should have been provided in the room daily. Bathroom lacked towel racks or sufficient hooks ( only 2_for bath towels). Hand towels……

“The location of Alexis Hotel is not easy accessible with public transport. Luckily we had rented a car and could reach there with the help of the local residents. Except the good seaview and breakfast, the hotel has to improve its tidiness and cleanliness in order to attract second visit from tourists.”

“We stayed for 2 weeks and it was great. Only thing to watch out for is if you plan to rent a car. Garage is pretty tight entering and exiting the hotel can be challenging. Lots of scrapes on the bottom of my rental due to steep ramps. Other than that, staff was friendly, they know English, comfortable beds, great and well priced onsite restaurant, and a decent view.”

“The reception staff were absolutely delightful, they had free transport which was easy to book, although I did not use I feel like this was an amazing idea for people who did not want to worry about parking or car rentals. The hotel looked very modern and brand new, the area was lovely and I would definitely come back. To improve they should not allow people to put their towels on the sun-bed and leave it there for hours unattended, it is unfair for the other guests and ruins the experience. The……

“The hotel had a 80s decor and vibe, but the not-so-modern outlook is totally, if not over compensated, by the impeccable service, cleanliness, view at the breakfast restaurant, quality of food, and the ample size of the swimming pools which provide more than enough room for everybody to enjoy. We have had an amazing time there! I paid extra for a side sea view room because the picture looks like a frontal sea view, but it wasn’t, and I probably would not have chosen the same room type next time.……

“Schönes kleines Hotel in der besten Lage am venezianischen Hafen. Wir hatten unser Zimmer zur Zampeliou Straße, damit keinen Meerblick, dafür war es ab 0.00 Uhr sehr ruhig. Sehr freundlicher Empfang mit einem früheren Check in. Sehr gutes Frühstück im Nachbarhotel.”

“I had a nice and peaceful time at this lovely hotel. The room was modern and had a relaxing aura to it. The raised hot tub was the highlight of the room. The air conditioning was a plus, and I loved the natural light coming in through the large windows. My particular room didn't have a view, but having access to a communal balcony was a great perk. It made my stay even better. The breakfast was amazing and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. I highly recommend Monastery if you're going to……

“The property was very nice. A bit older, but very well maintained. The rooms are generously sized and the bed comfy. We had a small deck with a water and sunrise view. Walkable area and right on the beach. The staff was so nice and very helpful. The free breakfast was typical buffet style with many choices. I would stay here again.”

During our 6 days of stays, they hlped us in orientation, restaurant recommendation, car rental, travel suggestions, communication in delayed luggage, etc. 1 min to the old harbor ans great harbor view on the roof with music, snacks and drinks. I have to say great service that I seldom seen in my yeas of traveling around the world.”
