“Very clean and comfortable and close to Washburn! Very reasonably priced! Maybe add some curtains to help cut back on the brightness in the bedrooms at night from security lights but would highly recommend this hotel!”

“My wife wanted a Bloody Mary but when we went down to get her one they said the bar doesn’t open until four or five he wasn’t sure and this was a Saturday morning????”

“Checking in was fast and smooth. We had two king bedroom suite which was very roomy and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very very good. Much better than most hotels. They had the usual things but then had tacos which were really good. Would absolutely recommend Homewood Suites.”

“This is my preferred hotel in Topeka. The rooms and hotel property are consistently clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and the nearby restaurant options are pretty good.”

“The landscaping was completely overgrown with tall weeds at the entrance and on the sides of the hotel and coming out of what appears to have once been a fountain. It looked really bad and was unexpected for a Hyatt property. When I originally looked at booking this hotel it was extremely overpriced. However, I found it later for a better price and so booked. I wasn’t happy with the appearance of the overgrown weeds, etc. and would have been furious had I opted to book at the higher price……

“It was the perfect hotel for what we needed it for. The 2 bedroom suite had enough room and also allowed for privacy. Recommend this property.”

“Honestly best 3 days of my life once you go inside it smells amazing and the room was really cleaned, the blinds really darken the room I overslept and thought it was still night and nope it was already 11am, the staff was amazing too very accommodating and I will definitely come back.”

“Looks like an old Fairfield Inn hotel. TV did not work in room. Outlets on side of bed did not work. Room had fridge and microwave. Pool was shutdown. Not worth saving a couple of bucks to stay here.”
