“Please note, I am rating our stay 5 stars because we had a wonderful fun time at this hotel. The front desk lady (on the left when you face the front desk) was so very helpful and accommodating (sorry, didn't get her name). We were appointed a room that met our needs, first floor, garden view to the pool and very close to the beach. The little beach was delightful and we made great use of the noodles, kayaks and floats. Breakfast was not only free but awesome! Everyday eggs made a different way,……

“Even though I had and paid for the night's stay I was turned away because the clerk said she had no rooms. When I told her I had a reservation with Expedia she said "well, that's something you'll have to take up with Expedia" and as such I ended up paying $80 more at the Holiday Inn who were excellent! This place, a total ZERO!! Buyer beware about a place who doesn't regard the customer with reservations any help or explanation.”

“The parking is good. There is a nice pool and restaurant. You will have breakfast with a lot of sea birds nearby and other animals waiting for you here and there. The facilities in the room are really aged and don’t work efficiently, including the toilet, sink, closet, telephone, doors. ”

“We were initially happy with the our hotel selection based on location and style, but on on second day, we were woken up very early in the morning due to construction right over and around our room. Nowhere online when we were booking our trip was there any mention of construction during our trip. We would have not booked this hotel had we known about construction. No one mentioned construction during our stay when we checked in. Apparently, there was a small sign at the front desk put up after……

“I chose this place because they were offering kayaking and paddle boards. Nobody mention you cannot use them after 5 o’clock, but our check-in time it’s 4. By the time we went to the room and would like to use them,we were unable. we were told we can do it at 7 AM😑. not everybody getting up that early on their vacation.”

“Key West和Miami之间不错的一个落脚点。酒店房间不是很大，但是够用了，每个房间一个停车位，非常规范，室外泳池较小，但是适合下海， 岸边水很浅，有很多鱼，适合浮潜！酒店附设一个可以吃饭的酒吧，晚上可以看体育频道。缺点就是附近没有别的饭馆，早饭比较简单。”
