"Pool and hot tub was cloudy and dirty"

"This is my favorite place to stay. However this last visit was a little off. Front desk was not as welcoming as my other visits."

"The room was not ready for us when we arrived. The room door was open which was very concerning. Anyone could have walked in or have been in there when we arrived. The bathroom was not ready at all. There were no new soaps ready. The old guests’ soaps were leftover and the soapbar was lodged in the shower door. There was no toilet paper. There was only one towel for 3 guests. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The hallway lighting was flickering in the lobby which made the vibe look sketchy. The staff was not very friendly or welcoming. The breakfast was a joke. The juice machine did not work at all. There was barely any food available. Also the coffee pot was empty and no one around to replenish it, and the food was way overcooked. Overall, very bad stay."

"Room was clean and comfortable enjoyed the sitting area,location was close to restaurants and shopping was very quiet and peaceful would diffently stay again "

"The staff is excellent very friendly Darius and Stephanie were very helpful! The cleaning staff were great and very helpful! I was on the 6th floor everyone very friendly! May need a few upgrades in the bathrooms but it was okay. Need microwaves! "

"We booked an ocean view room and we ended up in a room almost as far away from the ocean than you can be at the resort. When communicating to staff that this what we had booked and showing them the confirmation they we not helpful and said "that is not what we have on our end""
