“We had a great stay at this little house in New Orleans! The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to see and do. The house itself was cute, clean, and full of charm. “We loved staying here! There are 2 houses on the property, the main house with multiple units, and the house we stayed in that was completely separate and had 3 bedrooms. There was a common courtyard area with multiple seating areas and it has an artistic vibe. At night the lighting in the courtyard is beautiful. The house was clean and had everything you need for a stay. The whole property is fenced and gated including the parking which was great as well. The neighborhood was a nice……

“We really enjoyed our stay here. While the neighborhood may not be the most picturesque it was safe and an easy walk to all the places you want to visit. Our only complaint is the mattress. It’s a pretty thin foam mattress sitting on just bedsprings. This could easily be improved. Other than that it was a great place. Owners very communicative ”

“The check in process was easy -- and I was grateful it was ready when I landed at noon -- and the property manager was super responsive when we had a maintenance issue. They sent an efficient, kind handyman to fix it within the hour. The property itself is clean and well maintained. NoLA is a beautiful, complicated place and this neighborhood is rapidly gentrifying. “This place was amazing. While on the smaller side, the functional design and vaulted ceilings don’t make it feel small. The bathrooms are large and there is plenty of space for storage for any beads/souvenirs. The property was very clean and safe. I appreciated the off street parking and security systems as this was a girls trip. It’s about a 20 - 30 minute walk to bourbon street which also felt like a safe walk. The host was very responsive and responded to a request to change the fire alarm……

“Communication with our host was excellent! One of my guest arrived early and was allowed access to the house. Very helpful. Fun, classic decor, great bathrooms and bedrooms. The first floor full bath is located in between the kitchen and first floor bedroom to be clear. Very comfortable layout for big groups. The bathroom upstairs was great! Huge shower! And the half bath downstairs was a plus!! We loved hanging around the kitchen table chatting, and laughing!We had a couple minor maintenance……

“I found the room I had originally booked to be very, very dark, and also not set up very well, ie, the arrangement of furniture made it hard to move around. Plus, the lock really needs fixing, as it might take me 5-10 tries to open it at night -- not very pleasant. They were most gracious in offering me a different room, which I loved: brighter, the lock worked well, and there was room for my small suitcase plus room to move around. So I am very grateful, and I ended up having a great time. ……

“The location was just right not too close not too far. We walked everywhere. Felt safe in all the neighborhoods. Loved the washer and dryer availability. Spent some time on the rooftop. We were right next to the freeway but couldn’t hear it inside. The only thing we missed was another chair in the room, that would have been nice. Checkout was a breeze and the extra amenities in the lobby were great. We didn’t partake in any of shots that were in the lobby but it was a great setup. Would do it……

“Everything about the experience and the space itself was exactly as sold. And this is the perfect little nook, between the Quarter and Garden District. You can walk to all sorts of great NOLA sights. And the WWII Museum is a must-do, and only 10 mins on foot.Also, the customer service for this listing was fantastic. "The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant."
