You are in walking distance to Baxter Marina, beaches and the lake. The pool, pickleball courts and other property amenities are just an added bonus. The owners, Carolyn and Charles were easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. We will be back again! "

"This was great for my son and I. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed. It’s walking distance to Baxter Marina, which is where I rented a wet slip. We also walked to the state park to explore and shore fish. I had one need during my stay, and it was addressed within the hour. This cottage was a great place to cook a meal, and get a good night sleep after a long day on the water. "
