The property is located in a neighborhood away from the crazy beach life but it is close enough to the beach, restaurants and shops and an easy drive! The pool was nicely heated-only thing would be to update the pool toys-a lot were broken or had holes in them. It was not a big deal to us though. Cory was a wonderful host! If we had any questions, he would get back to us in a timely manner. Overall we had a wonderful experience……

The property is well located between Tampa Bay and the beach, its access is easy and the place is extremely quiet and conducive to relaxation and discovery. Clearwater beach was only a 15-20 min drive pending traffic. There was an issue with the pool but the host was quick to respond and resolved the issue without hesitation. “Location is centrally located between Tampa, Clearwater and St.Petersburg. House was clean and comfortable. Two bathrooms was a plus for us two girls when getting ready. Access from driveway to front door is narrow stone laid pathway, may not be easily accessible for those with mobility issues.”

“The house is in a nice location and is great for families/kids. Grocery stores are close by and the beach is a quick drive as well. Provided items like the coolers, beach chairs, and umbrella came in handy for our beach days. Thomas was quick to respond to any questions we had. The only other thing is the pool and deck had a ton of pollen everywhere due to the overhanging tree so we were constantly skimming that out of the pool. The kids loved the pool and overall we had a great time!”
