"We loved the location. For the most part the house was very clean and had all the supplies we needed. There were ants in the kitchen, a beeping fire alarm ( with no replacement batteries), and a loose towel rack. We checked out a day early. I was surprised by there lackadaisical response “ Thank you for letting us know…we’ll address those for future guest”. I’d expect that from an individual renting a house but not a company. I don’t feel like they made any attempt to make amends for how those things impacted our stay, which was disappointing… "

"We had coordinated an early check-in, but when we arrived, the house hadn’t been cleaned yet which was a miscommunication. I reached out to Catherine and she promptly responded and got the cleaners RIGHT over. The house was spotless and in wonderful condition for the rest of our stay, and it was dealt with very quickly and wonderfully. Would definitely stay again. The house was great for our girls trip. Also the beds are very comfortable!! "

"Nice, cozy apartment and key number to get in door, and not have to worry about keeping up with a key card. Within walking distance of great restaurants and town is quaint. Easy to travel to nearby cities."
