"Our King size bed was very comfortable and the staff - from the hotel staff to the casino staff - was very friendly and accommodating. Huge kudos to the hotel clerk - Jacquita. She checked us in and ensured we had an extra comforter and water at our request. Her professionalism was exemplary and representative of the Horseshoe brand. "

"The staff were friendly and welcoming. I frequently travel with my two dogs. This was the first hotel that made an effort to make me feel as if dogs were welcome. The person who checked me in asked me to fill out a card asking for dogs names and gave me a door hanger letting cleaning staff know that dogs were in room. She also gave us a room close to nearest door to pet relief area. The hotel was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!"

"There was some confusion at check in but we eventually got it all worked out. The property is not new for sure but the rooms were clean and everything worked properly. It was a weekend and it was very busy but quiet. There is continental breakfast but we did not make it in time for that. Looked like basics. Toast,fruit,orange juice,coffee,cereals. This place is not very far from Tunica. I read other reviewers had issues that we did not have during our stay so I'm very thankful of that."
