“The property was ok. I would have liked to use my paddle board on the water but was unable to. Also it would have been nice to see more of the water. No real places to walk or cycle”

“A grand hotel from time gone by needs a bit of love and money spent but for a base its great with very comfortable beds and delicious buffet breakfast in an ideal spot close to Skegness centre”

“We try and come here every year, the staff of both the hotel and the spa are lovely. The place is a little tired but that only adds to its charm. First time we’ve been charged for robes which has never happened before (they’re usually provided in the room). We were quite surprised given we’d already spent a considerable amount on spa treatments and the weekend break itself.”

“The hotel is cosy and clearly family run. The owners were amazing and extremley accommodating. My purse was stolen on our second day leaving us with no cash but Chrussy and Brett were amazing and so helpful. We will definatly stay here again. Excellent value for money, breakfast delicious and plenty of choice. Just a 5 minute walk to the bech and amusements. What more could you ask for! ♥️”

“離市中心一般，回酒店時要經過一條很斜很斜的路（Steep Hill），沒有自駕車極不便。 雖然有升降機到達3樓，但經濟房間那邊，仍然要經過約5至6級梯級，要搬運較重的行李箱極不便。 服務員，態度好。剛入住時，天氣非常熱，詢問要把風扇，第2天才有，已是幸運。”

“I would highly recommended this caravan. The site & caravan are easy to find. The caravan was very clean, finished to a very high standard, very pet friendly, ideal & safe for both pets & children with access from both doors to a veranda that has a lockable gate to ensure they can't leave the property alone. Its was very quiet, & the beds were very comfortable, best caravan I've ever stayed in. Large American fridge freezer & built in washing machine which would be ideal for families & the bonus……
