“I listened to noise all night and couldn't sleep.”

“The property was clean, free of pests. The room was fine, nothing spectacular. Problems encountered: 1. The refrigerator could not make up its mind if it was going to freeze the fruit inside or melt the ice buildup in the back of the unit and flood the bottom. 2. The room was booked in advance, no last-minute booking. Arriving there is 1 towel, 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel. There was 4 of us staying there. You know what room you are giving to whom, prep the room accordingly. 3. The hallways……

“Parking is a little difficult. Although the property manager shared about limited parking after I booked the room, the description online made it seem that parking is pretty easy. ”

My family was displaced due to storm which knocked our electric and water out. I'm highly displeased and disappointed with the serice and treatment I received.”
