“Room was dirty damp and smelly. The efficiency kitchen was disgusting, a total joke! Arrived at midnight so no choice but to spend the night! We talked to the staff at the front desk first thing in the morning and was promised a full refund which we never received. Contacted Expedia upon returning home and refund was denied because the room key was left in the room. We were only there for 6 hrs paid $936!! Terrible experience DO NOT RECOMMEND”

“I would give this hotel 0 stars if I could. The pictures describe it as a clean and pleasant place to stay, neither is true, don’t be fooled. The roof was leaking when we were there, the wallpaper peeling off the walls, the rooms smelled damp and putrid. There was one 15 year old manning the front desk, she was no help with any issues and was overwhelmed. The icing on this disgusting Petri dish calling itself a hotel were the prostitutes coming and going through the lobby as I waited for the……

“Staff was excellent. Friendly and helpful. Very close to the beach, amazing amenities, you can bring your pet along. Where they could improve: water pressure in the rooms. Barely got water to shower/brush teeth.”
