The Outdoor area has it all from a very private south facing Pool with unlimited views overlooking the magnificent breamer Golf Course and city. The outdoor kitchen gives you the option for dinning at night time, giving you that extra bit of peacefulness and tranquility after a busy day. The house is only available FURNISHED for min of 6 months. Garage is not included in the lease. tenant pays for all utilities. Owner will only pay for weekly pool service and Gardner and basic cable.
