“Clean room and nice staff”

“Pro's: - Beds are comfy - Rooms are clean (but dated) - Lots of restaurants nearby - Outdoor pool (did not use but looked inviting. Cons: - Front desk staff are not pleasant. This was a big con for us. It takes nothing to smile and be friendly to guests. - Breakfast is not very good. - Can hear toilets flush in other rooms during the night, if youre a light sleeper, it can keep you/wake you up. - No water to drink. The vending machine was out and they do not offer water to guests in the……

“The rooms were clean but the furnishings weren’t very nice. The wall behind the chair was all scraped up and the night stands are too low compared to the beds. The breakfast wasn’t very good. The coffee machine was great. The temperature in the room was hard to get a constant temp it was cold then would get hot. ”

“My room was very clean and comfortable. I like the security feature where you have to use your key to access the elevator after you leave the lobby”

“For a no frills economical stay in Wetumpka/Millbrook area, you can’t beat it. Very clean and a convenient location. Another plus for this location is that it is across the road from Epicure/Jacks Tavern which is a FANTASTIC restaurant and bar.”

“There was a Semi truck parked on the street next to the parking lot, less than 100 ft from my room and it was idling all night! I contacted the office around midnight and she said that was the agreement, I don't think City of Prattville would allow overnight truck parking on a city street, that's what truck stops are for!”

“When I arrived I was told I could only check in at 3:00 pm this after I had been driving since 1: 00 AM. If check out is at 11:00 your not even getting a whole day.I left and came back around 2:00 pm and went back in and the guy behind the counter would not check me in. I walked back to my car and a couple walked in behind me and the guy behind the counter checked them in. I went back in told the guy I just witnessed him check in a couple. I will never stay at this place again the workers are……

“I chose this place based on the high rating through Expedia. The staff was very nice upon check in. The lobby appears clean and smells very fresh. However, that is not what the room looked like. The chair had white stains on it and there were boogers on the wall. The floors were dirty and the room itself showed multiple signs of deterioration. Overall one of the worst hotels I have stayed in and definitely not worth the price.”
