“The things in the room are old. Especially the bathroom is very dirty and the toilet hasn't been cleaned.”

The cleanliness was at the highest level, and the facilities were great, especially the swimming pool on the top floor. Overall a great experience from start to finish, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago.”

“Let me start by saying that we ate at the restaurant twice and the food and service were excellent. The problems were with the room. It was dusty and the shower was partially broken. We left at 10:30 and returned at about 7 to find that someone had hung a do not disturb sign on the handle of our door. Thought at first we must have left it by mistake but when we went inside our identical sign was hanging on the inside of the door. Room was untouched. Reported to front desk and they said they……
