“While the property met my needs, I was in town for a funeral so I was barely there. However, upon returning home, I learned that a claim was filed for stolen towels and soiled duvet. I am livid that a “fraudulent” claim was made for items that were “definitely” not taken and a duvet that could not have possibly been soiled because it was not placed on the bed at all during my stay. So beware if you’re planning to stay here please take pictures or a video before checking out to protect……

“Great value stay with everything we needed. Getting into New York was really easy on the bus.. The stop is a few yards from the house and goes straight into NYC with no more stops. Would very happily stay again, thank you! ”

“The property was spotless, and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The host was incredibly thoughtful and even apologized for some noise coming from a neighboring property, despite it being completely outside their control. Their communication and hospitality were excellent throughout our stay. If you’re visiting New York or the surrounding area, this is a property you definitely shouldn’t pass up. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking……

“It's right downtown Newark and surrounded by everything which was great. What isn't great about it, is parking... You absolutely can not park on the streets from 12am to 6 am and during peak hours it's very difficult to find parking. The place was pretty tidy and neat. Any issues I had with the place the property manager was quick to respond. I think for the room it was a little pricey but overall a decent experience. Not bad at all.”

“Clean and quiet space. I rented the 1-bedroom apartment and had a great stay. The space was very clean and provided everything I was looking for while searching for properties in Montclair to stay at. If you're looking for somewhere to stay and explore Montclair I highly recommend it! The train station is less than a 15-minute walk away, and many shops and restaurants are just a 5-minute walk from the property. Sherry was an excellent host and was very responsive to any questions I had.”

“Loved this place! It was a convenient place close to my family, the host was amazing introducing herself to us and being quick to respond to questions. The space was so cute! The bathroom is an amazing sight and very comforting. I would gladly spend time here again in the future!”

“Worst stay of my life. This place is in the middle of an industrial park, surrounded by businesses. It also had construction going on so the lobby was a construction zone. There was only one person who worked there to deal with all the people. Our room was very cold, my daughter went to the front desk to ask for a couple of extra blankets when the heat failed to warm up the room ( we turned up the thermostat) and came back with one. Said the lady at the desk said she was only allowed to……

“The unit is extremely close to the Prudential Center. Host was extremely quick to answer any questions I had. The unit was clean and came with pretty much anything you could need to show up with just clothes and groceries.”
