This made no sense to me as everywhere I have ever stayed does not require identification for other occupants staying. Regardless they said it was property and did not want to issue me a refund."

"The room was not clean, we found blood on our bed sheet and hair in the shower. Also we were there for 4 days and we asked them to clean our room still didn’t show up. We had ran out of everything and all our trash cans were full. It was awful experience."
