“Staff has always been very professional, kind, approachable and nice. We drive down from Kansas City it takes 10 1/2 hours what I love the bed is so comfortable I always get some good rest after that long drive. Having allergies, alot of times when I stay at a hotel I can't breathe because it's stuffy this has not been the case the 5 times we have stayed.... My only suggestion check the water pressure and hot water. A nice HOT SHOWER WOULD BE GRAT!!”

“Room window shade was in the up position when we got to our room (approx7:30 pm) Cord used to raise and lower blind was broken at the top right . Had to lower blind manually to block light . We were on the first floor also, we had a room on the first floor with walk in shower. This was great because I am recovering from kneecap surgery on my left knee . There was no slip resistant pad that I could see and almost fell when I got into the shower. I mentioned both to the nice young lady that……
