“The condo was great with a lot of activities for our teenage boys. Todd was great to communicate with through out the entire process. We really enjoyed our stay. The only down fall was having to head back home. ”

“It was a wonderful week at the beach! Even on the day it rained, the setting was beautiful! The beach has a generous shoreline, and even though there are other people there, it is not overcrowded! This area of Topsail has maintained its quality and is not overly developed, making the stay just what I hoped it would be! The fireworks on the 4th of July that I could watch without going anywhere were magnificent! The ones I traveled to see on the 3rd at Surf City were not even close plus the crowds...

“We had an amazing time here. It was our first time to topsail. The host was very easy to talk to and he helped with everything we asked. The place was very nice and cozy. I loved that even though it wasnt oceanfront but it still had a beautiful view on the balcony of the ocean. Enjoyed having coffee and watching the sunset. Had everything you need for vacation. The property was also wonderful. The pools were great and great access to beach. Would love to stay again. ”

“I have stayed at this property many times. I absolutely love it. It feels like a home away from home. It's far enough away from everything but close enough to where you can go out and about if you so desire. Even when the weather is not so nice, having the balcony to be able to still enjoy the ocean view is wonderful.”

“This property and location was exactly as our hosts described. The closeness to the ocean made our stay fantastic. The host were available with communication responses right away. We will stay there again. ”

“Everything was as advertised. Although there isn’t beach access at high tide, there is public access just two houses over so it wasn’t a big deal to get on the beach. Recommend walking down to see the sunrise. Happy to have a little ice maker. Bed slept well, and even though I was there during an extreme heat advisory, the unit stayed cool and comfortable. ”

“Property has a terrific view, Only issue was the baseboard heaters. Only a few worked. We did figure out the electric heater in living room could be used to supplement heat. No instructions for using the elect, heater. Everything else was great.”

“Nice size condo, view of ocean, steps to beach, beautiful pool. Over all nice property . Very quiet Master bedroom most uncomfortable bed I ever slept on and very high. Looked like one of those mattresses in a box. That was the only down side. ”

“This condo was clean, cute, cozy and had everything we needed. View from the balcony was spectacular. We had a great week and will definitely be back! ”

“We did get a lot of rain but still had a great getaway. This place is close to the beach and there are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Unit was clean and well appointed. Glad there is an elevator for the 4th floor! ”

“This property was amazing and made such a magical experience for our Topsail vacay this year. Easily the best views from the balcony! The host is also amazing and check in and check out was seamless and easy. We already plan on coming back next year. ”

“This condo is amazing. It's better than the photos. The house was clean when we arrived. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions even on a holiday. I would suggest quests be prepared to bring ALL your paper products and condiments. Overall, my family enjoyed the house tremendously. We enjoyed the pool, the beach, and grilling out in the evening. So fun! ”
