“My parents had an excellent time at this clean, well-equipped little place with stunning coastal views (especially from the upstairs balcony). Owners were friendly, helpful, and highly responsive. Location is excellent. Our only complaint was that the description should really mention the low ceilings in the bedroom, which posed a little bit of a mobility challenge for older folks (and for context, my mother is only 5’2” and still struggled a little getting in and out of bed without bumping her……

“We had a great time at Moot Point. My goal was to get my daughters to catch some stripers and for my wife to read as many books as possible, both were accomplished. Fishing was slow but steady and the girls had a blast. Kayak access is easy just have to be 3-4 hours of the high tide. Denise was a fantastic host. We had a hot week and the back deck gets ALOT of sun. My only ridiculous complaint is we needed more forks and pot to steam lobster would have been good. Amazing sunsets and pleasant……

“We had an enjoyable stay in Essex. The lake is lovely and we took advantage of getting out on and in the water. The house, which is updated, offers multiple spots to sit indoors or out to enjoy the view. Our group was all adults, but this house and property was well set up for families with young children. Downsides included WiFi issues to start, bedding issues, and an initial concern about an algae bloom in the lake which resolved itself after a day or two but would have been a major……

“Wonderful location and accommodations. Steps away from amazing beach and sunset. If you are looking for peace and serenity this is your place! This home is updated with modern amenities, perfect beach vibe, air conditioning and excellent coffee choices! Communication with property manager, Jeremy, is superb. Only complaint is we couldn’t stay longer. Highly recommend!”

“This get away is all about the location and view, which is absolutely stunning both during the day and on moon lit nights. The cottage is rustically charming and has simple but adequate amenities to meet all your needs. The property is just outside of Rockport center but feels a bit more remote though close to all this beautiful town has to offer. This was just the vacation we were hoping for.”
