“Property called “Canopy Treehouses”. My booking stated “Deluxe Cabin” but upon arrival found we had been allocated a caravan that had an “eco toilet” (hole in the ground) that you couldn’t flush. I expected a treehouse in the trees. This was a birthday present for my Husband so was disappointed & thought it very expensive for what we got. Not recommended.”

“I stayed in a room at the front of the building, on the 4th floor. I didn't need an accessible room, but that is what I got. The room size was great- it was very spacious. The bed was comfy, and the shower hot. Being on the 4th floor at the front it was noisy with truck/traffic noise overnight. The accessible bathroom meant that it was very open, with no shower cubicle. The shower next to the toilet led to a wet toilet seat after the shower.
