"This is a lovely property and with the secluded beach in front of, it’s a must do. They also include a bike rental and a paddle board rental with your stay. This was my second time there and it won’t be my last."

"Great location - walking distance to Venice and Marina area. Also, easy drive to LMU if visiting your student."

"Nice location. Enjoyed our stay."

"We had a great stay! The unit has beautiful natural light, which made the space feel welcoming. A few items were missing at first, but the host responded quickly and brought everything right to our door very attentive. The location is pristine, close to everything. You can easily walk to grocery stores, convenience spots, restaurants, the marina, and it’s also very close to the beach.Overall, a wonderful experience. I would definitely come back!"

"Once we figured out how to open the check in text and video, everything went smoothly. This place was nice and quaint. Got to use the pool and hot tub at night and the place was quiet. My only complaint was we didn't get enough towels/wash cloths, etc and the freezer didn't have any ice. Otherwise, it was clean and in a good location."

"This property was perfect for my needs. In the Marina area, close to shops and restaurants. Also close to the Marina Freeway which made it so easy to go into LA. Pool was wonderful! I will definitely stay here again."

"The room was good for a solo traveler. The room had a funny smell for the first day or two, the windown would not open to air it out, but I had to run the dishwasher and leave it open to air dry and that seemed to help with the smell. I also think they should think about getting different towels, the white ones looked dirty and...

"The host gave great instructions and even included a video to ensure parking was not a hassle. They gave a list of food, places, and shopping nearby as well. The place was clean. I lived having a balcony. The neighborhood was quiet and close to the beach. I recommend staying here for sure. "

"Great location! Very nice building and a clean room, only issue we had was that most of the dishes were not very clean but we usually wash all of our dishes before using them in "
