“I didn’t even make it five minutes before I was back at the front desk asking for a refund. The moment I opened the door to my room, it was immediately clear that no amount of sleep deprivation could make this acceptable. The condition of the room was genuinely shocking — not in a “budget hotel, manage your expectations” way, but in a “this should not be rented to human beings” way. Everything looked worn beyond the point of no return: the kind of wear that tells you maintenance hasn’t been a……

“It was a place to sleep. Air-conditioner worked great. People begging outside, had to walk past people setting on stairs smoking every time we walked down the stairs. Requested a non smoking room, the room I received smelled heavily of cigarettes. The floors were VERY dirty and haven’t been mopped in God knows how long so bring house shoes. Every towel we got had some black stains on them and the beds hurt my back. Like I stated it’s a place to sleep for cheap but you pay for cheap either way.”

“We stayed from Friday to Wednesday and our room was never cleaned. The front desk was helpful in providing clean towels and plastic bags for trash and explained they were low on staff. The team at Burger Theory: Cece and staff were great!”

“For the price it was adequate. The room was clean, but shop worn. The amenities were a TV, a microwave, a hair dryer, and a small refrigerator. We only used the refrigerator, and it worked fine. The king size bed was not as firm as we like, but we both slept fine. The receptionist I would not characterize as a people person and English was a bit of a challenge for her.
