“The location, easy access, parking, well stocked kitchen and bathroom were my favorite aspects of this property. The owner needs to sharpen the knives and we contributed a wine opener to the kitchen. I come to Houston a lot and would book this apt again. Thanks for a great stay.”

“Host communication is excellent”

“Beautiful property.”

“Everything was great!”

“Very communicative host and convenient location. Comfortable space. Loved the gated parking. ”

“⭐ **1 STAR — THE PROPERTY FROM HELL! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PHOTOS!** What was supposed to be a relaxing stay turned into an absolute nightmare. This property was unacceptable in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and maintenance. We encountered bugs in the bed, dirty and stained bedding with a foul smell, excessive dust, an air conditioner that was not cooling properly, and mold near the kitchen vent. BAD NEIGHBORHOOD These are not minor inconveniences. Clean bedding, functioning air...

“The house itself was immaculate. Everything was spotless and the beds were really comfortable. The only hiccup was getting the TV in the game room to work; if that’s a recurring issue, a simple sound system in there would be a nice addition. The surrounding area felt a little sketchy, but the property itself was great.”

“Our stay overall was nice. The room was quaint as was the complex overall. Parking is limited which makes it bit of a struggle to then have to find street parking. Which can be a little ways away and if not careful or familiar with where to park can cost you a parking ticket. There is no cart to load your luggage so pack light. Host was very nice and responds quickly. Room was very cozy. Rooftop was nice. Pool isn’t temperature controlled if you want to swim. We did enjoy our stay. ”

“Property was clean and well put together. Our family enjoyed the three seperate bedrooms and the style curated by Danilo and company. Would recommend”

“Was a great experience and would recommend staying for sure. Much nicer and safer than a hotel and a lot more room:)”

“Terrible I traveled to Houston for work purposes with the expectations I’ll have a house to stay at, well to my surprise the owner lacked communication and did not communicate that the house was rented out that weekend until 30 minutes prior to check in, also on top of that he or she did not cancel the reservation nor did they refund me my money”

“Horrible experience. The room was booked for two nights but we stayed only one. Seeking a refund for the second night. Television flickered, washer did not work, pool was closed, room smelled like smoke, dirty carpet, spider webs everywhere.”
