“Frente al mar donde puedes nadar, habitación limpia y comoda, personal muy amable solo algunos meseros falta un poco de servicio pero en general todos son excelente personal y la comida es rica y te dan descuento especial si eres huesped del 20%, me parece muy buena ubicación”

“Pro: Nice large rooms with tall ceiling in a beautiful classical building, handy on-site parking, quiet area, there is a pool that we didn't use, in room fridge, modern smart TV, strong shower and good AC. Con: a bit far from the main malecon area but not an issue if you have a car. Overall, very nice place and quiet place, we went during the low season so the area was very quiet. Might have considered a different place closer to the main boardwalk area if they posted on booking websites, but……

“The only thing I liked that it was closed to the beach”

“Agua fría en la piscina”

“The condo was across the street from the beach. The beach was not as depicted in the pictures. No private beach access. We had to go up several blocks to the boardwalk for public beach access. Instructions on how to access the WiFi and TV could have been communicated better. TV was reported not working but was not corrected during our 7 day stay. The electricity went off for 1 morning and management did respond quickly but was instructed to only use one burner on the stove. Washer was very loud……

“We had a wonderful stay in Progreso! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. One of the best parts was the beautiful beach view — waking up and seeing the ocean was amazing! We also really enjoyed the pool area, which was clean, relaxing, and perfect after spending time at the beach. Overall, it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. Great location, beautiful views, excellent service, and a welcoming……

“Excelente!!!!! Sin duda ya queremos regresar!!”

“El personal es muy atento y amable. La habitación muy cómoda y agradable, único detalle es que los ruidos de la habitación de arriba se escuchaban. El desayuno que incluye muy rico. La alberca acogedora. En general, es un lugar sencillo pero muy agradable y acogedor.”

“Muy amables y buen trato”

“Todo bien”

“Todo perfecto”

“We loved our stay at Casa Ku. The location and grounds—right on the beach—were fantastic. The staff was also fantastic, especially Giovanni at the front desk and Alberto, who was our waiter at Nido. The free breakfast was a big bonus! I highly recommend staying here.”
