I could gush about so many things ... the excellent communication/service/hospitality from the Innkeepers/Owners (Kris & Jason), the impeccable upkeep of the property - both inside & out, the delicious/wonderful breakfast experience, the comfort & style of the rooms themselves, the close proximity to Piedmont Park & other city sites,……

“We stayed here 4 nights for a business trip. Plenty of space for the four of us. The hot tub and rooftop patio / fireplace were great perks after long work days. Walking distance to the Silver Skillet for breakfast (AWESOME!) and very close to the out door mall on 17th street. The best part of the trip was the responsiveness of the hosts. Will definitely re-book the next time we go to ATL.”

“My daughter and her dog stayed at this property for an extended time for an internship in Atlanta. We wanted a location in Midtown that was safe and had off-street parking, which this guesthouse was perfect for. The parking is gated, and the owner supplies you with a clicker and gate code. The property was clean, quiet, and within walking distance of many restaurants and Piedmont Park. There were spaces available surrounding the area for her to take her dog out. The owners were very responsive……

“My husband and our teenage son stayed here with our friends with their teenage son to do a campus tour of GA Tech. The location was excellent, just a very short drive from the college with tons of restaurants and shops right downstairs. The building security as well as the secured parking garage was a huge positive although it did make the check in and check out process a bit cumbersome.
