"No breakfast "

"this hotel is right across the road from the beach, one block from the zoo and has a stop for the pink trolley line right at your doorstep. there are either beach front or diamond head views from each room and a walk in pool on site. you also have free access to beach equipment which can be collected downstairs on the way to the beach. The downsides include a lack of staff at reception which means an extended wait for service, dated bathrooms wuth short shower heads and soft old beds. we had a room which had three double beds so great for families. Also found out there is a breakfast are and cafe on level 21."

"Customer service agent that checked me in was not friendly. Perhaps was not a good day for the person."

"Loved the shops on the ground floor & the proximity was perfect to the main beach/boardwalk! The staff is friendly & attentive! The room was clean, spacious & we were in awe with the bidet & seat warmer in the bathroom. The only thing I would request would to change or add plugs/UBC imports closer to the beds. Our plug kept falling out of the nightstand, but there were plenty by the desk/tv. "

"As far as breakfast, you do need to go either early or later on in the breakfast time in order to avoid the breakfast crowds as far as the elevators in the morning, it does take time to go down, which makes it inconvenient for gas as we’re all trying to go down at the same time and it took us about 30 minutes to get from the top floor to the first floor some days of our stay! "

"Close to the beach. Had a limited supply of beach chairs. Unfortunately no umbrella’s they were rented from a spot close to the beach. Some hotels had them included. Ours did not. Also no restaurant per se in the hotel. But many options close by."

"Parking is not good and cost $30 per night"
