“Villa Reverie is gorgeous. Aspect looking out across Lake Como is fabulous. Staff are excellent. Customer service exceptional. Would we go again - absolutely. Highly recommend. Having emailed prior to our stay we were collected from the train station by the villa’s shuttle. 2 minute drive (if that). 6minute walk. Welcome on arrival was great. Staff speak good English. Welcome glass of Prosecco (other drinks probably available - but they got us at “Prosecco”). Bags were deposited in our room……

“We thought the actual view from the hotel was even better than the pictures. We heard coocoo birds and various wildlife when we out walking about. The staff was exceptionally kind and could speak English perfectly. We ate dinner one evening and had the eggplant parmigiana, which rivaled the best we had in Italy. The room were large and clean, and the location is really quiet. There are also lots of nice locations to sit alone or with other travelers and have a drink and enjoy the view. As……

“Our room was clean. The shower is basic, but OK be careful on wet tile. The breakfast was well worth €10 good service as well. The staff were extremely helpful. Helped me with train tickets and were eager to please.”

“Sehr freundliche Personal , gute Service und schnelle Hilfebereitsschaft, tolle Lage. Schöne Strand. Nur die Treppen waren unangenehm aber in den ganzen Como lake waren viele Treppen. Also alles gut 👌”

“We loved our stay at the Hotel Villa Edy, and especially appreciated the warmth of the staff. The rooms were not large but had everything we needed. It was important to us to have effective air conditioning since we were visiting during a heat wave, and the air conditioning had no trouble keeping the room cool. The complimentary breakfast was appreciated and the pool was wonderful. Special thanks to Christine who stayed late to check us in after a day of travel delays, and to Sidney and Abershen……

“Beautiful property and the staff was friendly and helpful. All wonderful BUT don’t get rooms on the top floor- under the roof because it was very hot and air conditioning hardly helped.”

“We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice .”

“La proximité au Lac , au centre ville , a l'embarcadère, et surtout le petit plus la piscine a débordement sur le toit de l 'Hôtel avec vue imprenable sur le Lac entouré des montagnes.”

“Das renovierte Zimmer war super sauber und recht modern. Das beste die Klimaanlage. Personal war immer recht freundlich und bemüht. Frühstück sehr sehr einfach, aber gut. Das beste war der direkte Zugang zum See. Liegen waren auch gut zu bekommen. Es geht zwar an den Liegen am See ein öffentlicher Weg vorbei, das aber kaum ein Problem ist. Was besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass das Hotel mega Hundefreundlich ist. Man kann den Hund zum Essen und direkt an die Liegen an den See mitnehmen. Tolles……

“服务员和房间都不错。 就是太靠近机场了，噪声还是很大的。 除非像我这样需要凌晨赶飞机的，还是可以选其他酒店。”

“飯店位置很偏，除非開車，不然要搭公車到很郊區，而且還要走一段路才到得了。 飯店櫃檯人員很親切，英文也很流利，處理事情也很專業，但是房間真的不太好。 房間滿暗的，放行李的地方略小，壁燈上面還有蜘蛛網跟灰塵，地毯也有點黑黑舊舊的，但是浴室還不錯，很明亮、很新，但是淋浴設備壞了，沒辦法掛住蓮蓬頭，沐浴洗髮精倒是一應俱全。 最後，房間收不到Wifi，就算到了大廳滿格，也無法連上YouTube, Facebook 之類的網站，在房間內的訊號也很差，想用自己的手機網路也有困難，整體而言住得不是很舒適。”
